Hi I did review your concern.
Your chest xray findings are suggestive of heart overload and resulting signs from that. Due to heart not being able to fully pump blood in forward direction backpressure changes cause this condition.

I would recommend a cardia echo, blood pressure monitoring and ECG as further investigation to know more about your heart condition.
